So I was searching the web for Will Ferrell clips and I fell upon this little treasure. It's Ferrell as Pres. Bush, but it's not an SNL clip. It was made by some activist group called "ACT" or something, to get you out and vote. Very funny clip, but it may take a while to download or stream. It's .MOV or QuickTime file, so be patient.
